My approach draws from evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Existential Therapy, and Somatic approaches. I also integrate NeuroMovement®—a gentle, brain-based method that uses movement to spark neuroplasticity—helping clients create lasting change in both mind and body. Together, these approaches provide a personalised and holistic path toward healing, resilience, and growth.
