Everything You Need to Know Before Starting Your Journey
1. What types of therapy do you offer?
I offer individual counselling, couples counselling, and counselling for parents of children with special needs. All sessions are held virtually for accessibility and comfort. My approach draws from evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Existential Therapy, and Somatic approaches. I also integrate NeuroMovement®—a gentle, brain-based method that uses movement to spark neuroplasticity—helping clients create lasting change in both mind and body. Together, these approaches provide a personalised and holistic path toward healing, resilience, and growth.
2. Are sessions confidential?
3. Do I need a referral to book a session?
4. What if I’m not sure I need therapy?
