At Wisdom Arising, I believe every person deserves the chance to move beyond trauma, grief, and limiting patterns. My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based counselling, integrating mind, body, and story—so clients can uncover their inner wisdom, reclaim resilience, and create lives filled with clarity, peace, and authentic strength.

Who Am I
Some paths to healing are linear. Mine wasn’t.
I’ve walked through Peruvian mountains learning from shamans, earned degrees in agriculture and counselling psychology, studied Integrative Body Psychotherapy, and experienced the losses and challenges that shape a life. Through it all, I discovered that wisdom doesn’t come from books or quick fixes—it arises from the marriage of experience and surrender.
After decades of personal growth and study across cultures, I’ve learned this: your healing isn’t “out there” in the next workshop, therapist, or spiritual practice. It’s already within you, waiting for the right conditions to emerge.
At Wisdom Arising, I bring together a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, training in Integrative Body Psychotherapy, and the unique perspective of NeuroMovement®—a method that uses gentle, mindful movement to rewire the brain and transform behaviour. Combined with trauma-informed approaches like Narrative Therapy, ACT, DBT, and somatic practices, this work is both evidence-based and deeply personal.
This isn’t just therapy—it’s remembering who you were before the world told you who you should be, and creating space for your own wisdom to arise.
